The Crack In Space began in 2013, trading as Alex Tarot, specialising in Tarot Decks & New Age ephemera. In 2019 we had a name change and now focus on selling trading cards & hobby accessories all with the same great customer experience we are renowned for. Deliver & Returns Info

Delivery

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
  • We endeavour to dispatch orders same-day if received before 11am Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), and all other such orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
  • Any order that includes a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together – Pre-Order Policy

Cancellations / Order Amendments

  • You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so.
  • Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
  • The Crack In Space reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.

Returns

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will not be refunded.

Liability

  • The Crack In Space does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
  • The Crack In Space will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Any order that includes a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.
  • The release day is listed on all pre order products, if for any reason stock is delayed you will be contacted.
